    KURZ热式气体质量流量计具有自动/手动零点、中间点及全量程漂移自检功能。

    The flow meter self-test is controlled by DAS (Data Acquisition System).

    DAS reads traffic values continuously.

   At the specified time, the DAS will initiate the self-test (since the self-test is initiated by the DAS, the DAS knows that the data is in a "calibrated" state and marks it as C)  The DI pulse will initiate the Z&S drift check.

   There is no need to export data from the flow meter because the data is already in the DAS. This report and function are done by the integrator. DAS is programmed to check for errors and display the results.

   We are very repeatable and we use the stack flow test team to tune the flow meter right before the actual RATA test is done. We can be very accurate (if the test team is good and the process is followed correctly). The biggest challenge is not the KURZ meter but the capability of the stack testing team to get good data.

   Our electronics are very stable and never has failed this test.  This is an "electronics" drift test only. This is not a true "calibration" check.  For the analyzers they will see drift but not from Kurz as the product quality is 1st class.  This electronic drift test is the minimum QA allowed as they realized it is impossible to perform a "true" daily calibration test on the stack flow meters.
